Be Part of Bringing Viva Napoli to Life

The 2027 La Dolce Vita Travel Fashion Show: Viva Napoli is built through the energy, creativity, and commitment of a dedicated team. We are looking for volunteers who want to be part of the experience behind the scenes and help bring our vision of Viva Napoli to life.

Volunteer opportunities will be available across three key event days:

April 27, 2027 — Set-Up Day
Assist with venue preparation, décor, staging, signage, vendor set-up, guest areas, and final production details.

April 28, 2027 — Show Day
Support registration, guest services, vendor coordination, backstage and production assistance, wayfinding, hospitality, and end-of-show support.

April 29, 2027 — Tear-Down Day
Assist with packing, dismantling displays, organizing event materials, vendor load-out, and final clean-up.
We are also looking for individuals who may want to become involved before event week in the creative development of Viva Napoli, including:

Stage décor and visual concepts
Destination-inspired installations
Creative production
Props and set elements
Fashion-show storytelling
Behind-the-scenes event preparation

Whether your strengths are in events, design, fashion, hospitality, production, organization, or simply getting things done, there may be a place for you on the Viva Napoli team.
Some roles are physically active and may involve standing for extended periods, lifting, moving materials, or working within a fast-paced event environment.
Three days. One major production.
Many ways to contribute.
Help us bring Viva Napoli to life.
